Where to Find the Twilight Harbor Challenge
This particular challenge takes place inside Twilight Harbor, which is part of the final world in the original game. The level features industrial rooms, mechanical traps, and aggressive Gnorc enemies guarding every corridor. Players can focus on finding the gears while progressing through the level toward the final boss area.
Finding the First Set of Hidden Gears
Immediately after entering the first vortex in the stage, turn around to spot a gear tucked away near the entrance. Proceed into the next chamber and look directly to your left after exiting to locate the second gear hidden behind the wall. After rescuing the dragon Cosmos, head into the room filled with green pumps and inspect the right corner carefully to spot the third gear.
Locating the Remaining Gear Locations
Continue moving forward until you free Cleetus and enter a room featuring distinct purple air vents. Turn completely around before leaving this room to find the fourth gear sitting in plain sight. Right as you exit the room, check your left side immediately to collect the fifth gear hidden in the corner.
